It is also worth noting that the premium trim levels have received 55% of the bookings for the new Kia Seltos SUV. The newly introduced Peter Olive shade has been chosen by 19% of customers. This new color scheme is very appealing. According to Kia officials, the number of bookings for the new Seltos demonstrates how popular the vehicle is.

Features

The new Kia Seltos SUV’s main selling point is its Level 2 ADAS technology. Adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, rear cross-traffic alert, lane-keeping assist, and blind-spot monitoring are all part of this technology. This vehicle will be available in 18 different configurations. Ex-showroom, the SUV costs between Rs 10.89 lakh and Rs 19.99 lakh.

NA petrol engine

The new Kia Seltos SUV is available with three engine choices. There are three engine options: naturally aspirated petrol, turbocharged petrol, and turbocharged diesel. The base models come with a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine. This engine generates 113 bhp and 144 Nm of peak torque. This engine is available with either a 6-speed IMT or a CVT transmission.

Turbo petrol engine

Kia’s newly introduced 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine is intended to boost the power of the petrol option. This engine generates 158 bhp and 253 Nm of peak torque. This engine is available with two transmission options. The first is a 6-speed IMT unit, and the second is a 7-speed DCT unit. It is a high-performance engine.

Turbo diesel engine

Fans of diesel engines will be pleased with the new Kia Seltos. A 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine is the vehicle’s third engine option. This engine is identical to the previous model. This engine generates 114 bhp and 250 Nm of torque. The diesel engine is available with two transmission options, the first being a 6-speed manual transmission. The second is a 6-speed automatic transmission.
