What was Porsche’s first car?

The Porsche 356 debuted in 1948, was Porsche’s first automobile. Ferry Porsche, the son of Ferdinand Porsche, designed the 356 as a two-door, rear-engine, and rear-wheel-drive sports car. While the 356 used many of the same mechanical components as the Beetle. Its body was more aerodynamic and developed for improved performance.
