Born on January 28, 1992, in Junagadh, Gujarat, to a Gujarati Muslim family, Faruqui’s early life was marked by financial hardships. Despite his circumstances, Faruqui’s determination led him to leave school after the 5th grade, taking on odd jobs to make ends meet. He worked in a gift shop and joined his mother and grandmother in making and selling samosas and chaklis.

Tragedy struck when his mother took her own life when he was just 14 years old. In the face of adversity, Faruqui heeded his aunt’s advice and relocated to Mumbai. There, he continued to engage in various odd jobs to support himself.
In 2020, Faruqui faced another heartbreaking loss with the passing of his father, who battled paralysis. Undeterred by life’s challenges, the comedian pressed on, finding solace and success in the world of stand-up comedy.
