Kia India recently announced two new variants of its popular midsize SUV, the 2023 Kia Seltos. The GTX+ (S) and X-Line (S) variants have been strategically positioned in the lineup to bridge the gap between existing models and provide customers with a Value for Money (VFM) proposition. With these additions, Kia hopes to reduce customer wait times while providing a variety of advanced features.
2023 Kia Seltos GTX plus(S) & X-Line(S) With Advanced Features Launched
Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
The inclusion of Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is one of the key features of the 2023 Kia Seltos GTX plus (S) and X-Line (S) variants. These systems include 17 autonomous features designed to improve driving safety and convenience. With this technology, the Seltos joins the ranks of vehicles with advanced safety features.
Stylish Exterior Enhancements
The GTX+ (S) and X-Line (S) models have distinct visual appeal. They have eye-catching 18-inch crystal cut alloy wheels with a glossy black finish, which add a touch of class to the SUV’s exterior design. Furthermore, these variants have an all-black roof lining, which contributes to a more premium and sophisticated appearance.
Convenient Features for Everyday Use
Kia has also prioritized everyday convenience features in these new models. The addition of an Electric Parking Brake (EPB) with Auto Hold simplifies parking while also improving the driving experience. Furthermore, a reverse parking camera has been incorporated into the design, giving drivers added confidence when parking.
Audio System and Technology
While the GTX+ and X-Line variants feature advanced Bose audio systems and a surround view monitor, the GTX+ (S) and X-Line (S) variants come equipped with a six-speaker audio system. This ensures an enjoyable in-car entertainment experience without compromising on quality.
Pricing
Kia has priced the 2023 Kia Seltos GTX+ (S) and X-Line (S) variants competitively to offer customers the best value. The GTX+ (S) variant, powered by a 1.5L turbo petrol engine with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, is priced at Rs. 19,39,900. Similarly, the X-Line (S) variant with the same powertrain configuration is available at Rs. 19,59,900. For those preferring a diesel engine, the GTX+ (S) and X-Line (S) variants with a 1.5L diesel engine and a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission are also priced at Rs. 19,39,900 and Rs. 19,59,900, respectively (all prices, ex-showroom).
Reduced Waiting Period
Kia acknowledges the high demand for its top-tier variants, which have contributed significantly to the brand’s overall reservations. As a solution to the extended waiting period, the introduction of the GTX+ (S) and X-Line (S) variants is expected to reduce the waiting time significantly. Customers can now expect deliveries within seven to nine weeks, ensuring a timely and hassle-free ownership experience, especially with Diwali around the corner.
Kia India remains committed to providing exceptional value to its tech-savvy customers, as evidenced by the introduction of the 2023 Kia Seltos GTX+ (S) and X-Line (S) variants. These variants are set to attract discerning buyers looking for a perfect blend of technology and aesthetics in their SUV, thanks to advanced features, stylish enhancements, and competitive pricing.
The wait is now shorter for those eager to experience the 2023 Kia Seltos with Level 2 ADAS and other premium features, making it an appealing option for prospective car buyers in the Indian market.
